Victoria’s Italy Travel TipZ Reviewed & Redux!

It’s hard to believe that it was six (6) years ago that I published and launched my book, Victoria’s Travel TipZ – Italian Style, and that it was been three (3) years since I updated and revised it!

There could be a few updates of specific details and websites (especially since onset of COVID) but the 450 tips are just as apropos and relevant today.

In other words, it’s the kind of travel “guide” or “handbook” that doesn’t become dated.

Also, the audience is diverse:

* It’s perfect for the first-time visitor to Italy.

* It’s perfect for the repeat/returning visitor to Italy.

* It’s an excellent resource for the clients and guests of Italy travel-related businesses, e.g., Italian travel experts and companies, accommodations, tour guides, etc.

* And, as you will see in the recent blog post from my friends (and Friends of Victoria) at Prontopia, it is perfect if you are living in Italy and have friends coming to visit.

And it is perfect for You! You will LOVE Victoria’s Travel TipZ – Italian Style if…

* You’ve never been to Italy and have always wanted to go.

* You know someone who is planning a trip to Italy.

* You ARE going to Italy and want to travel like a local, not a tourist.

* You have been to Italy and have vowed to return.

Grazie for Joining Me!

Oh, I know we are all in a “holding pattern” at the moment…but we are turning the corner with vaccines and new travel protocols. We’re looking to late spring, maybe summer but realistically fall, for travel to really start to ramp up again…(fingers crossed!)

In the meantime, why not dream, plan, and prepare?   I always have a “wish list”! It keeps me motivated and energized. And, a large part of being prepared is learning; learning about your destination.

Learning -> appreciating -> immersing -> richer experiences -> once-in-a-lifetime fabulous vacation = memories to last a lifetime!

And that is exactly why I wrote Victoria’s Travel TipZ Italian Style! To help YOU or your friend or your client realize that dream trip to Italy and an authentic taste of  “la dolce vita”!

Here’s what my Friends at Prontopia had to say:
Book Review: Victoria’s Travel TipZ Italian Style
Grazie, Jodi & Caroline!

A few more recent testimonials from local Friends

Boots on the Ground in the Boot!“As a native Italian born and raised in the Chianti region just outside of Florence, I cannot recommend Victoria’s book enough. It is very easy to read, entertaining and very informative for new and experienced travelers. And it is lots of fun, too! Love Victoria’s great sense of humor, and her personal approach and style. Highly recommended!“
Arianna Cini, KM Zero Tours

“Victoria’s travel handbook is a must for anyone traveling to Italy. But it’s especially useful for the discriminating traveler who is going to Italy to gain a deep understanding of the culture. These valuable tips include understanding how Italians order at restaurants, the importance of ritual surrounding food, how to pack (lightly!), and the idea of  ‘la dolce vita’ in Italian life. I’ve sent long emails to my clients regarding all of this information so that Italy can be truly enjoyed as one of the tribe, but from now on, they’ll get Victoria’s book!”
– Gilda Carbonaro, Culinarian Expeditions

“Victoria’s Travel TipZ Italian Style is written with grace, love and sympathy! An excellent job Victoria… Brava!!
This little easy to read, practical and small format booklet (perfect to bring with you on your trip) is a very well researched and in depth observation of ‘The Italian Way’ all to enhance your experience and help you feeling at home on your ‘Absolute Best Trip to Italy’… Who wouldn’t need all that?!
I would definitely recommend it! Very useful for everyone traveling to this happy sunny and complex Italy country!! Thank you Victoria!!”
Maria Bengtsson, Florentine Experience Shopping

“A compact and concise guide. A must read! filled with great tips for anyone’s first visit to Bella Italia.”
Linda Sorgiovanni, Italy Customized

“Although Victoria is not local like us, she is well on her way to becoming one now that she is here for a longer stay.
This book condenses all the experience that she has gained in her numerous Italian travels and makes it available to you in a practical and rapid way.
If you love to travel to Italy but don’t want to feel like a tourist, I recommend that you prepare yourself with Victoria’s book which will reveal many valuable and useful tips about the Italian way of life and how to enjoy it at best.”
