It’s almost time… in a few weeks I’ll be heading to Bordeaux, France for the first time!
♦ I’m thrilled about this opportunity to experience Bordeaux with its spectacular historic sites, cuisine, wine, châteaux, vineyards…and eagerly anticipating embarking (literally & figuratively) on this new adventure solo…

As a guest of Uniworld Boutique River Cruises, I will have the pleasure of cruising in luxury on Bordeaux’s famous rivers and tributaries. Being spoiled is on my itinerary!
♦ I’ve been anticipating this adventure for many months (and lest you think it “fell in my lap”? Au contraire!). This collaboration with Uniworld is thanks to their generosity and receptiveness to my proposal in early 2017. And now, as a travel dream will be a reality… I’m looking forward to the challenges and rewards of a solo adventure.
♦ Although I’ll be traveling solo, I hope that you will be joining me virtually, oui? Of course, I’ll be sharing all about it and, perhaps, tempting you to consider a river cruise, a solo adventure, joining me in 2018 or… at the least, resurrecting your travel dreams?
