Masterpieces…
A highlight is revisiting the magnificent Uffizi Gallery. With early entry, we’re able to view some of the masterpieces without the crowds. (Early entry is the only way to go! Yes, you have to get up early – just throw down an espesso and do it!)
To see these splendid works of art – beautifully exhibited and full size and in all of their glory is indescribable.
Of course, you could spend a lifetime here! After the guided tour, I stay on for several hours and emerge, lost for words…

Serendipity!
It just so happened that three of my Italy Trip & Tour Design clients, Michelle, Leslie and Phyllis were spending their last evening in Florence just as I was arriving. We arranged to meet for an aperitivo in Piazza della Signorina and it turned into a terrific fun evening, especially since we had never met in person…Italy brought us together! And I’m sure it will bring us back together!
