After a brutally long hot summer, the arrival of fall brought lovely cooler temps and the arrival of clients and friends! ♥

Over the past three weeks, lovely clients (and now lovely new friends!) and long time friends (who became clients) – both who have been planning their Italy trip with me since January – and a long ago yoga student (who has since moved, married and has two daughters!) and her mother, Mira…all came to Italy! ♥

The very best of all of this? Besides the privilege of being their “boots on the ground” – advising and helping them plan and design their itineraries?

♥ They all came to Florence and I was able to spend time with all of them! 

♥ I loved sharing my Florence, feeling their excitement, hearing their stories, and being a part of their experience.

I will be sharing much more in the coming weeks (so stay tuned!), but I wanted to share a few words and photos now.

I know how distracting and (at least for me, overwhelming) the news cycle can be but we must not allow it to steal our dreams.

Modify, revise, adapt, tweak..but I encourage you to find a version and take that first step…then the next and the next…
